Jabari Brown Commits to Oregon

Posted by CoHoops DeAnte Mitchell
Jabari Brown, a 6-foot-3 combo guard out of Oakland, California was set to announce his college decision today before ESPNU and it's viewers.

In the end, Brown decided that the green and yellow colors was better suited for his college career.

The Oregon Ducks have picked up one of the better scorers in the 2011 recruiting class. With his jumpshot, driving ability, and high basketball I.Q., he can become a very special player in College Basketball.

He can get it done on offense, as well as defense. Brown is a complete guard that has a lot of upside.

I wouldn't be surprised if Brown stepped in and started right away. He is very easy to coach, loves the game, and wants to improve.

Brown joins a class of three other talented recruits in Austin Kuemper, Bruce Barron, and Brett Kingma.

He chose Oregon over Arizona State, Georgia Tech, Washington, and UConn.
