Johnny O'Bryant Commits to LSU

Posted by CoHoops DeAnte Mitchell
Johnny O'Bryant, a five-star forward from East Side HS (MS) knew what college he was going to about a week ago. Today, at his high school, O'Bryant announced his final college discretion.

O'Bryant selected the LSU Tigers over Mississippi State, and Maryland.

O'Bryant a 6-foot-10, 260 pound center will make a huge impact as soon as he arrives on campus. O'Bryant has a physical frame with a special skill set. He has the ability to play inside-out.

On defense, O'Bryant brings the same intensity. He gets into the opposition, block, and alter shots. He is very versatile and could play either position down-low. O'Bryant is what LSU needs down-low to be considered physical.

O'Bryant joins a 2011 recruiting class with shooting guard John Isaac. With more talent, the Tigers recruiting class could be considered a top-10 contender.
