The Santa Clara Broncos have already acquired three prospects to join their 2011 recruiting class. Karim York, will play on the wing, while Denzel Johnson and Dominique Taplin help out in the backcourt.
The Broncos acquired a prospect to help out with the frontcourt duties. Robert Garrett, a 6-foot-11 center from Sacramento, California ended his recruitment with a verbal to Santa Clara.
Garrett is a great acquistion for the Broncos. His 6-foot-10 frame will commend Santa Clara well in hopes of establishing a marquee frontcourt presence.
Santa Clara has a frontcourt presence in Garrett. His long arms will be a key asset for the Broncos.
Garrett chose Santa Clara over Iowa State, San Diego State, Washington and Washington State.
