2010 NBA Draft: Kirk Hinrich to the Wizards?

The Bulls are reportedly freeing up cap space by trading their No. 17th pick and Kirk Hinrich to the Bulls. According to ESPN the trade cannot be processed until July 8th when the Wizards are under the cap and can pursue Hinrich's 9 Million dollar contract.
