Austin Malone-Mitchell, a 5-11 point guard from Rufus King in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, added two scholarship offers today.
His father Marc Mitchell said Malone-Mitchell added offers today from Bowling Green and San Francisco.
Two programs stepped up to offer Malone-Mitchell following his impressive play during the EYBL this past weekend. Playing for the Wisconsin Playground Elite (WI), Malone-Mitchell averaged 13.2 points, five rebounds and four assist.
He's showing that he can impact the game against top level talent in all areas. "[He] just plays solid," his father said. "[He] doesn't turn the ball over. Good defender."
Northern Illinois, Bradley, Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Toledo and Southern Illinois are all looking at Malone-Mitchell as well.
Tim Quarterman adding high-major offers
Tim Quarterman, an Atlantic Celtics (GA) 2013 combo guard, has been adding high-major offers. Quarterman, a 6-6 guard can play both positions in the backcourt, added an offer from Memphis today according to his AAU coach.
Quarterman also added offers from Georgia, UMass, George Mason and Oklahoma according to reports. He should continue to add offers from high-major prospects as he continues to showcase his evolving game on the AAU circuit.
