Semi Ojeleye, a 2013 wing from Ottawa (KS), has seen a boost in his recruitment. He's playing like a sure fire top-25 prospect and college programs were treating him in that manner.
Earlier today, news broke that Ojeleye cut his list down to 11 schools, which was confirmed by his high school coach Jon McKowen.
Arizona, Duke, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Oregon, Stanford, UCLA and Wisconsin all made the cut.
The 4.0 student saw his his recruitment rise due to his dominate play on the EYBL. Many schools wanted to get involved and he just didn't have enough time to develop relationships with every school trying to recruit him.
"He does not feel like he can talk to all the schools that were recruiting him," coach McKowen said. "Not enough time to continue his academics and work out and also return calls."
Ojeleye did narrow his list but there is no indication to a decision coming in the near future. Although, just about every report has Wisconsin as the leader for his services.
