Chier Ajou Likes Five Schools

Posted by CoHoops DeAnte Mitchell
Chier Ajou, who is currently stationed at the Adidas Nations Tournament, has impressed a lot with his size and defensive ability. He blocks, alters and rebounds the ball efficiently.

He stands at 7-foot-1, 218 pounds. His only
drawback is his weight. His weight is a question heading into his final season of High School Basketball. He is smaller than most centers and should look to bulk up, therefore, allowing him to finish strong at the rim.

Nonetheless, that will not stop him from swatting your
shot. When I sat down and spoke with Ajou, he told me five teams that he is considering.

"I like New Mexico, Wisconsin, Indiana, Providence and Mississippi State," Ajou said. "I visited New Mexico and Indiana, but I have not visited anyone else."

He would certainly be a worthy addition to any frontcourt
. His consensus favorite is New Mexico because the strong bond he has built with the program.

However, when his recruitment will reach a conclusion is up for speculation. The 7-foot-1 center exclaimed, "there is no timeline on my decision."
